Our New Seminarian —We officially welcome Vicar Rebekah Nelson as our 2019-2020 field education
student. Vicar Rebekah is in her first year at United Lutheran Seminary, after
serving 12 years in the United States Marine Corps. She is currently serving in
the United States Army Reserve, which means that one Sunday a month, she will
be with us in spirit as she serves. Upon completion of her seminary degree and
first call in a congregation, Vicar Rebekah hopes to continue to serve in
active duty as a U.S. Army Chaplain. We are grateful for your presence with us,
and for your service to our country, Vicar Rebekah! Welcome.
